Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Next Step Counseling collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to help you, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Information you give us. If you use a form or email us, we receive your email address, the requirement you select (for example, “DUI / DWI”), and anything you write to us.
- Basic, privacy-friendly analytics. We use aggregate, cookieless web analytics to understand which pages are useful. This does not identify you individually.
How we use your information
We use your email and selected topic only to respond and to help you find court-approved classes or counseling that may fit your situation. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers that help us operate the site (for example, our hosting and email provider, Cloudflare) under their own terms.
Cookies
Our site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security and performance.
Data retention
We keep messages and contact details only as long as needed to help you and to keep reasonable records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the CCPA in California or the GDPR in the EU/UK), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last reviewed” date below reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
